1. Who’s behind this site
This website is run by me, Marek Dvořák, based in the Czech Republic.
If you have questions about how your personal data is handled, email me at: marek@marekdvorak.net
2. What data I collect — and why
I only collect what I need to do one of the following:
- Respond to your message
- Send you content you signed up for
- Improve the site (see analytics below)
- Let you know about future updates — but only if you said yes
No spam. No selling your data. Ever.
3. Tools I use
To run this site, I use a few standard tools that may collect basic data:
HubSpot
Used for contact forms and CRM tracking.
Google Analytics
Helps me understand how the site is used — no personal info is revealed to me.
Email tools
If you sign up for a newsletter, it's managed through a professional email platform.
You can unsubscribe any time via the link in the email.
Retargeting (future)
At some point, I may run ads — in that case, basic tracking (like Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag) might be used to improve relevance. This policy will be updated if/when that starts.
4. Cookies
This site uses cookies. Some are essential. Others help me understand how the site is used.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:

6. Where your data lives
This site is hosted on HubSpot CMS.
Some data may be stored in the EU or US under standard contractual safeguards.
7. Updates
If anything changes in how I handle data, this page will be updated.

Summary
I collect as little as possible.
I use it only when you ask me to.
